First class travel used to be the last bastion of the travel agency. No more. Now, it is just as possible for a traveler to use a website to book a first class ticket as it used to be to book an excess-capacity coach ticket. How about travel guides in the time of the Internet and web tools? Travel guides have become ubiquitous as well, and much more up-to-the-minute for busy travelers.
